My requirements are as follows:

Experience with Requirements Analysis
5+ years experience with ONE of the following: Cancer, Congestive Heart
Failure, Diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Ischemic Heart Disease, Mental Health, Prostate Disease, Spinal Cord Injury, Stroke, or Substance Abuse.

Preferred experience:

Working in a Healthcare environment
Database experience
